Friendly counter staff member. Took the food order from my 8 year old son's order with professionalism and courtesy. However... getting the order was VERY SLOW. Putting together a kids cheeseburger and fries shouldn't take ad long as it did. Work onexpediting the kitchen and my rating will improve. Read more

Was buying a chicken sandwich kids meal for my granddaughter. It comes with pickles and mayo . I asked for no pickles but could... I get a piece of lettuce on it ? They were charging me 40 cents for a piece of lettuce. She said if you add any vegetable thatis the charge . Which is fine but I was leaving a vegetable off so could it just be substituted? The answer was no even thoughthey weren't giving me a 40 cent credit for taking a vegetable off. The supervisor even came out from the back . I just askedcouldn't a piece of lettuce be put on instead of pickles. She said no . I myself would have just substituted. I worked in a QSRfor many years and would have just done it. I don't understand why these places can't make a decision outside of the box.Especially if it is a common sense request. Disappointed. Read more
