My sweet tea had an actual metal screw in the cup, maybe from a machine? Also, three burgers were undercooked to the point of... being raw. No response from the store GM when contacted. I'd put pictures in this review, but, that option isn't available. Becareful eating here. Read more
The best part about this location... Is that so far, the ice cream machine is never broken when I order a McFlurry.
My order was wrong... Came back and went to 2nd window as instructed. This is when employee Ben decided to tell me to wait in... line and call me a F&cking A!$hole... We wont be back. Read more
Service is terrible and prices are too high. Went to this location shortly after 6:00 this morning. Doors were locked. Two... customers approached the main entrance. Discovering that the doors were locked, they knocked on the windows to get theattention of the manager and cashier. Cashier came to the door to let them in but did not unlock the front doors. I thenapproached the doors, assuming that they had been unlocked at that point. They were not. Both the manager and cashier saw me,but neither came to the door. Fortunately, my brother was in the restaurant already. I called him from outside the entranceand he let me in. After I approached the front counter, the cashier walked past me and proceeded to unlock the doors. Noapologies were made by the staff for any of this. After I received my order, another customer approached the front counter andwas joking with the staff. He was talking to them about how much he enjoys farting, so he proceeded to do so very audibly tothe merriment of the staff. Won't be returning to this location, or any other McDonald's locations in the St. Cloud area. Theyall exhibit bad customer service and very often do not unlock their doors at the opening time indicated on the building. Read more
Fries are hot when we get them, so that is good. It was after 7pm, we had a late night with kids. Went through drive thru,... ordered 10 McChickens and 5 fries. Order came to like 47 dollars.. I then had to pull forward and wait for 20 mins until foodcame out! I went home and started passing out the food and they forgot a sandwich !!!! I was here three mornings in a row. The breakfast closes at 10:00 a.m. so I missed the breakfast the first day. I hadn't been to... McDonald's in a while and I was totally surprised and it cost $24 to get my mom and I a breakfast sandwich and she had a frappe.EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT VERY GOOD AT TAKING ORDERS NICE PEOPLE. So my girlfriend brought home a Double Quarter meal for me and if she didn't turn on the light when I was eating it I would have... eaten the whole burger raw and I was told that I was getting a refund for the burger just to get shorted on the refund.
