Very inconsistent pizza, it all depends who's working. Since they always have new people, the pizza is always made differently.... The last time I ordered it, it looked the amount of dough used was enough for 2 pizzas. I have given them enough chances, atleast with dominoes you know it is always made the same. I agree with another review, very unfriendly workers when you callthey make it seem like you are taking them away from gaming and you are a complete annoyance to them. Read more
If you order over the phone, be prepared for employees that simply don't care to even pretend like they want to be nice to you.... It's almost as if you're calling a crematorium and asking about the remains of a friend. No attempt to sound nice, no attempt atcustomer service. Holy Smokes. Was the pizza and boneless wings delicious. We had it delivered by their people and it was melty and hot to... handle. Just like eating in real restaurant again. Shhh..they don't charge enough for the excellent delivery service. Read more
Looked like my pizza had been tipped sideways at some point. All the toppings on one half were slid onto the other half which... made the crust on that side soggy. I was somewhat able to move the toppings back but was a bit messy since the cheese hadalready somewhat cooled making it stiff and not wanting to move. The taste was still alright though. Read more
Marnanteli's Pizza is awesome. They offer much more than simply pizzas, including sandwiches, salads, pastas and combination... meals. They also have a decent child's menu. Marnanteli's food is always affordable for my budget, besides our family lives justdown the road from their Sartell location and they usually will deliver freshly made food within 45 minutes. The portion sizesare always adequate, and the food is usually still warm enough to eat, even in Minnesota winters. We have had their pizzas,chicken sandwiches, and several things off the children's menu. Marnanteli's Pizza in Sartell does offer service to people whowould like to dine in. My family has never eaten inside the restaurant, so I cannot say how the service is. None of us have usedthe bathroom, so I do not know at the moment if it is handicap accessible, nor if they have a changing table. We have gone in topick up the food, and it is a rather small dining area, but I think most of their business is delivery. Randy answered thephone when I was having an issue ordering on their website, and he was more than happy to help me order exactly what I wantedover the phone. We were pleasantly surprised with our visit from the outside it looks like a pretty small and unassuming pizza restaurant and... when you go in it is exactly that...not much for decorations and definitely not much available seating... But the pizza wasgood, even if it was a little undercooked, they had a great array of topping options. The server was fast and was able to keepup with our large group even though he was pulling double duty as the only server and the only cook working. Best pizza I've ever ate. The taco salads and the chicken salads are to die for. The best I've ever had. Bought pizzas for my... family and had it delivered fabulous service and my son also said it's the best pizza he's ever ate in his entire life.Wonderful place. Read more
Guy at front counter was sniffling, had to give our name/info 3 different times, 15min. estimate turned into us waiting over 30... mins, got home and my order was wrong. But it's pizza and wings. Hard to mess it up. Read more
