I was meeting a friend in Sarnia and chose this Tim Hortons because of the good reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Coffee,... sandwiches and donuts were excellent, staff were genuinely friendly and there was lots of comfortable seating. One of the more upscale Tim Hortons. Almost felt like I was at Starbucks. My husband and I always walk to this tim hortons. It's always clean, fast and the workers are always great to us. We had an... unusual request today and most places would have just said no we can't do that. But the man at the counter worked with us anddid a drink for us that we wanted made with decaffeinated coffee in it. He was patient and kind and did a great job and we hadout order in no time. The coffee has improved since last time we visited any Tim Horton's location...and the donuts were fresh. We attempted to tell... the server at the counter that the recent renovations to the entire dining area and washrooms were a big improvement..fresh,modern new look. Unfortunately she could barely speak English and the entire experience went downhill after that! Repeated ourorder 4 or 5 times until she finally got it right. I came here after a Sarnia sting game last night. It was close to 930pm with the server helping 2 customers before me. The... service with slow to a point I almost asked if the employee could stop with the small talk and take my order. The restaurantwas clean as usual with adequate parking.
