Red head woman extremely rude. No italian herb and cheese bread. No portion control put barely any meat on the 2 footlongs i... ordered. I have a digital coupon and she rudely says we don't take coupons. I said I use the coupons all the time at otherlocations. She then rudely says no one trained us on coupons. Won't be back hard to believe this store is same owner as Exmouth.Sad! Read more

Doubble check ur change if u use abig bill 50 or 100. Its a common mistake to mix up the chance for those. Other then that its a... pretty good place to grab food kind, professional and respectful staff. Read more

Wrost customer service and if you order through h subway app and if they don't have what you order so they will not give your... money back and i called twice over the phone to get my money back. First they said it will be back into my credit card and iwait for 48 to 72 hours for refund and i didn't get my money back and i called them very very rude customer service when i askedthat i didn't got my refund. Does not honour discounts offered. Honestly, why open a franchise if you?re not going to honour what corporate is offering to... its customers? Just open your own sandwich shop and make your own rules. It?s better for us since we won?t waste our time comingdown to your store. Read more

Just once I'd like to get the right order. Ive been to this location 3 times and every time the order is wrong. I don't mean a... little wrong. I mean VERY wrong. Cold subs that are supposed to be hot, flat bread instead of regular bread and missing comboitems. I order online to mitigate my time in the store as we're in a pandemic only to pick up hastily, ill-prepared food.Seriously Subway... You're a sandwich shop. We're not asking for the world here.
