They can't make the sandwiches the way I want them. Make a scene when asking for more onions. Tried to order online one day and... they didn't put the bacon on the great Canadian club......not much of a club without the bacon! I contacted the owner and got avery poor reaction. Normally, I have no negative comments about Subway, but Thursday I stopped for a quick lunch and seen a breakfast sandwich... consisting of English muffin, egg, choice of meat ( sausage, bacon, or ham ); I chose sausage and choise of cheese. The ladyput the pre cooked and frozen egg in the microwave to heat it up, but did nothing with the sausage patty which I found as I wastrying to eat it was still cold even though she put the completed sandwich in the toaster unit. When I bit into it, I couldhave thrown up, so I just tossed that mouthful into my napkin and into the garbage and left. Do not purchase that breakfastsandwich. Read more
Yesterday I went there order the new subway bowl and find out there was no way to put the bowl through the garbage bin as the... hole are very small. Today I went there again the old lady told me "was that you ordered this yesterday. Please through awayyour garbage after you finished." And after I told her the garbage bin was too small. she strictly told me I should tear thebowl into pieces and put it inside...... Are u sure that what you need to tell a return customer.... Interesting.... I wouldrecommend you have a bigger hole for your garbage if you decide the serve bowls of food like other fast food. Read more
