Stokes has always been our favorite place to go in Sarnia, but the last 2 times we have been there (November '22) we were very... disappointed. The appetizer salads were smaller than usual. It took much longer than usual to get our food and it was barelywarm when it arrived. Both times the baked potatoes were so overdone that you could hardly cut through them with a steak knife,the skin was like leather. After the 1st so-so experience we thought it was just an off night, but after the 2nd 2 weeks laterit seems like things have gone downhill unfortunately. Read more

Quantity is good here, but I have noticed there's been a slight reduction in the quality of the sauces for wings, ribs, and... pastas. I don't know if this is a preparation issue, or a supplier issue, but please improve the quality of some of your sauces. Read more

Went to Stokes after the Sting game Friday night. They offer 4 free wings, or a snack sized nacho free with proof of your... ticket. As always food was incredible. LOVE their wings, and they have in my opinion, the best spinach dip and points in thecity! Service is ALWAYS top notch, and it is a family friendly atmosphere. Read more

Well, well, well. Welcome back Stokes Inland. Some things never change. Kids eat free..ask your server for details. Our server... did not have the decency to advise our table of the fact that we had not ordered the correct meal?therefore kids meals were paidfor. Since we paid some cash and debited the balance, our sever felt it was important to explain that the tip amount on the debtmachine was only for the small amount debited. Very disappointing. The service was good but had chicken strips and fries. The deep frier needs to have oil replaced or they double dunked... everything. Chicken was falling apart dry and flaky oily batter. I always have chicken strips everywhere I go out these were theworst ones I've had. I have been here before in the past (less than year ago)and they were good. Also a side note, customerswere vaping on the patio which I'm pretty sure isn't allowed. Not bad, wasn't busy at all but still felt understaffed. Service was great though. Food arrived quickly and was hot. Everything... tasted good but anything with bacon, including the ceasar salads were overloaded with bacon and overpowered by it's flavor. Alittle goes a long way Read more

Ordered the rattlesnake pasta for takeout. The pasta, the caesar salad and bread were all yummy. Fast and friendly service too!
