Worst Popeyes food I have ever had. Ordered the original chicken sandwich...Buns were stale and chicken was tough

Terrible Service. Lazy staff. The employee's cannot figure out how to tell there are cars at the drive thru and cars waited... upto 20mutes to be acknowledged. Wrong items. No Straw. No Pies. Not worth the effort of going back to have it corrected. Stayaway from this one. I can only imagine what their quality control is. Read more

Sept 5th, I ordered a 3 piece spicy chicken meal to go+ a root beer+2 strawberry cheesecakes..my bad I should have checked what... I got in the bag before leaving the drive thru.. when I got home, it got 2 chicken wings and wing with a little drum attached? +fries..and the root beer tasted like as if it was diluted with water.. Horrible service. They were super slow. Waited 20mins for a 3piece meal. I watched one ?employee? with a long beard walk behind... the counter, pickup fries with his finger and eat them. Was there yesterday. Ordered two, four piece combo (spicy). Waited nearly 20 minutes even after that they had to mix spicy and... mild pieces, no ketchup, tables weren't cleaned and dirty washrooms. What's going on? Read more

From time of arrival in drive through to order being received was over 45 minutes. Had difficulty placing order due to wind... and/or microphone. When arrived at window after 10 to 15 minutes advised that they had to Cook fresh batch of chicken. Whenorder finally received, chicken was hot, onion rings still warm but fries had cooled. No apology from staff when orderdelivered to car. Sad, as I was a big Popeyes fan, having enjoyed it in other Ontario locations before it came to Sarnia.Initially same quality was evident as other locations, but both quality and service have deteriorated over time. There is no option for 0 stars, that is what you truly deserve. Twice now I had bought the chicken sandwich and you always fail.... Once the chicken is quadruple coated to make it seem thicker, and the other time you do one better by putting in 2 chickenstrips to make a sandwich. This franchisee is a cheat and needs to be replaced. Read more

So. Me and my buddy went in for our lunch break. We were the only people inside. No cars im drivethru. We chose to walk in. I... stood at the front counter for 5 minutes while nobody greeted me. The worker than came over and tried to type in my order. Ittook 12 minutes to type in a 3 peace spicy tender combo. Than proceeded to ignore my friend for 10 minutes while he scrambled toput my order together. 35 minute experiance for two 3 piece tender combos. Horrible experiance. Was actually taken back by hownobody working seemed trained. Food tastes decent. Gave me 4 teneders instead of 3 since they were old. Handed my me whole orderone at a time. Than had to ask for a bag.
