I normally don?t leave reviews I just can?t get over how I was treated at this store on Friday morning around 10am. I am an... employee at a different McDonald?s. I had order on the kiosk then went over to the counter to use my discount the women oncounter was awful to me, and had a sour attitude. I was asking my mother what she wanted and the lady interrupted me and said Ican?t use it on my friend (witch I found very rude) and I understand this completely I am not allowed to use my discount onother people. I was planning on ordering separately for my mother she could have said it politely instead of being rude. Inhindsight, I should?ve told her that I had a separate order, but the way she was acting made me too nervous to do so. She mademe feel so awful about it. After I payed and sat down I came up to get my food she slammed my food on the serving area andwalked away didn?t say anything. Now I understand everyone has bad days but the way she treated me was unacceptable. I willnever personally choose to go to this establishment again . Placed and paid for an order at another location only to realize they were closed for the day unannounced. Called here and they... said they'd be happy to make the order for me, and it was ready by the time I arrived. Excellent service, and also one of thebest McDonald's in town by food quality. Highly recommend. Read more
Ordered for delivery to Imperial city brewing using the instructions given on the site through the app. The order never arrived... even though it showed as completed through the app. Would recommend picking it up yourself if you want to get food. Also verydifficult to get a refund for food that was never delivered. Read more
Horrible service at this location. Have to go in and use self serve machine to get a mere coffee bc I'll be waiting 15+mins in a... drive thru for one, not the mcdonalds of the past. Having two checkout screens in the drive thru doesn't help either. It's allwhite people too, so just shows you bigots it's everyone who's lazy and I don't blame them. Minimum wage for that work is a jokeand if you go work there it's your own fault!! Just boycott them. Who needs McDonalds? Their coffee is the only good thinganymore and it's just mother parkers with a dark flavor lol Read more
Might just be the loveliest McDonald's I've been too, with great staff and managers. They were sweet to my kids, and asked us... questions about our orders to make sure they were correct. Great job everyone Read more
I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, I called this location Sept 8th to arrange 50 plain cheeseburgers for my son's... birthday on the 11th, he has ASD and has alot of food aversions and mcdonalds cheeseburgers are his favorite, not only did themanager Sara make sure they were right and hot when we arrived but thye wrote little notes on each bag and decorated the box up.My son was so excited. They have the ability to count change but $hit the bed on number if items ordered. Asked and paid for four items( pretty simple... as they were all the same) and i pulled ahead only to find 2. Not going in... not going through the line to address this and useup more time! I hope they enjoy the gratuity! Read more
