Keep seeing the friendly staff reviews which I disagree with. Went in and they ran out of strawberries with no notice on the... board. My wife got upset and left. This really wasn?t a big deal. I upset my wife and make her leave all the time! The issue isinstead of apologizing or at least ignoring the issue the staff brought up to me how it wasn?t there fault. That?s some prettybad customer service. The reason I?m mainly writing the review was my ice cream sucked. I got the peanut butter crunch with theGordon Ramsey experience of having bland food. The ice cream wasn?t sweet at all. I don?t know how vanilla ice cream can havesuch little flavor but here we are. I think you?re better off getting some less customizable but better tasting ice cream. Read more

You pay 10 dollars and first you will feel like they are weighing a good amount of Icecream, but at the time serving they kept... half jar with them after serving. Their recipe have such a big flaw that I am paying for that weighed Icecream but I am gettingonly a part of it. Hopefully they will fix this Waste of money Read more

The price matches the taste 100%. High Quality ice cream if you want cheaper ice cream we sell no name buckets at no-frills lol... but if you want really good ice cream come to marble slab creamery. I will definitely be back can?t wait chocolate Swiss isextremely good loved every last bit of it. For my first time going to a Marble Slab Creamery, it was beyond incredible! The staff was super friendly, and the ice cream I... got was so worth the purchase! I'm giving my regards to the person who served me the red velvet ice cream with jolly rancherpieces inside. Truly one of the best things I've ever tasted for a dessert. Super lovely staff! Very helpful and patient as well. My sister and I went and it was our first time. We were overwhelmed by the... selection and they helped us narrow it down. Will definitely be visiting again! To those who say it?s too expensive, it?sdefinitely more money that a soft serve at McDonald?s but the quality is so much better and you get as many toppings as you wantfor no extra cost. Read more

I would give 10 stars if I could! The staff is as sweet as the ice cream! Our car's battery died while parked outside and one of... the staff came out and offered to help Kickstart it! Even offered us warm drinks as it was a very cold night. So not only dothey make great ice cream but they are wonderful people. Very glad to have a Marble Slab Creamery in Sarnia. Read more
