Could not call due to phone being constantly busy. Pizza was in box at correct pick up time. I ordered a flat bread pizza got... what I ordered but it was not completely cooked. I should have noticed when the box was not really warm but I didn?t. Openedthe box at home and all the cheese was not melted and the pizza crust was white. Very disappointed. I usually come in here to get everything I need for work but today's experience was most unpleasant. While my food was good, the... customer service here is atrocious. Some woman (don't know her name) opens the door, looks mad that I'm there. Get my food anddrinks and go to pay, she doesn't even say hello, ask me how my day was and honestly just didn't make me feel welcome as acustomer. As someone who used to work for Casey's I know that customer service is a very stressed value, and if I continue toexperience this, I'll just go down the road to Kum and Go and they can have my business.
