I don't know why they hired a bunch of kids to run this place, those kids just sat on their phones gorging themselves with the... ice cream toppings while making occasional eye contact with us until one of them finally came and opened the window to take theorder. The ice cream was fine but extremely over priced ($16.00 for two small cones). I definitely won't be going to this placeagain mainly because I don't want to inconvenience those kids by having them get off their phones. Read more

ice cream was alright, definitely not priced right. We paid $15 for two cones ????. The service was also pretty terrible. We... stood outside for 5 minutes and even knocked on the window a few times before being helped. The employees were three kids wholooked barely 15, they all sat on their phones and made eye contact with us multiple times before helping us. One girl even wassitting on the counter where they made our food ???? save your money. Read more

Quality ice cream

The ice cream is good. The concept is fun. The price leaves something to be desired. A kids size was $4 and it didn't even come... in a store bought waffle cone - it was tiny. The adult was only $3 more and had at least three times the ice cream and the cone.My kids were disappointed. I guess it is on me to ask however, the price doesn't match the difference. Read more

The concept is pretty awesome and going to the stores-fronts in Salt lake and Provo are totally worth it. But the truck had 3... boys not much older than 16. They were horsing around tagging each other with whip cream, one of the kids took some gloves toput on his hands but hit another kid in the face with them before putting them on his hands. Another kid was touching all thesame food without gloves plus his hair, and face and another kids hair.. There were just a few people and the wait was over 20mins. When you have huge windows you gotta act professional, especially around food. Read more
