Great little taco place that has a wide variety of options. They have tacos, bowls, and burritos. They have a nice Korean pork... bowl that is a fusion between Korean and Mexican food. They have authentic Mexican drinks like horchata as well as mini flavoreddonuts. The place gets busy but the line moves quickly and there's never too long of a wait. There is a small amount of sittinginside and some outside but it is perfect to take away and eat in the park which is two blocks away. Read more
Had two of the daily special tacos with a passion fruit drink and everything was delicious. When I went in I asked about gluten... free options and the person working immediately knew what I meant and was able to tell me what I could eat on the menu (whichwas nearly everything). After I placed my order with another person they confirmed I wanted a gluten free order - I REALLYappreciated the attention to detail. Excellent and authentic. Ingredients are fresh and I love the taco and donut combination. Tacos are flavorful there are a lot of... varieties to choose from. They also sell bowls and quesadillas. Donuts are small, warm and tasty but 6 is the perfect amount fortwo people as a tasty treat. Definitely not the cheapest place for a takeout restaurant but the ingredients are worth theprice. Note that there might be a bit of a wait especially during peak hours and there isn't room for typical restaurantseating. They make up for it with a standing bar on the sidewalk. Definitely recommend if you're walking through town, want toeat in the park or hitting up the bars. Read more
Best tacos. Best donuts. Stumbled upon this place accidently. What a great surprise. Ordered a Korean pork taco. Loaded with... meat, grease dripping down my hand. That's how you know it's a good taco, when there's grease everywhere. The fruity pebblesdonuts are better than the actual cereal. Maple bacon donuts remind me of a pancake breakfast. If you like donuts and taco's you'll love this place. They make the donuts fresh to order on their conveyer belt machine, and... then add a crazy amount of toppings. In order to get a solid impression I got one of each of the 6 taco's they have on theirmenu. I thought they were all good. The one with mahi mahi was much wetter/messier than others. The pork ones I thought stoodout as more delish for me, however others I went choose other taco's as their top. Goes to show that these are all top of theline taco's, just choose the one that you'll prefer! Read more
Tacos and donuts? Surely not. Say it out loud though, take a moment to really think about it. Then realize it's an obvious... pairing. Especially considering the flavor combinations that Taquero offers. My personal go-to choices are their Korean PorkTaco and a freshly made, hot-out-of-the-fryer half dozen Pineapple Upsidedown donuts. Their Strawberry-Pear Agua Fresca was thethe perfect accompaniment. For a snack, meal or fresh drink Taquero will make sure you'll get what you're looking for. Tacos were tasty and very good quality. A little pricey for me as I usually would get 3 tacos of that size but only got two... from the price. It was still very worth it Also didn't try the donuts that looked good as 6 small donuts of one flavor is alot. I wish there was a multiple flavor option like 3/3. Read more
