Went in at 3:30 pm 8/1/22....very long lines and only ONE male associate on duty....he was overwhelmed....I sat at a table with... my cold seltzer drink watching this show for about 15 minutes..... Actually saw some patrons in line put their items down , saya few vulgarities and walk out..See the one guy on duty leave the register and speak to someone on the phone.... About 5 minuteslater one and then a little bit longer a second female associate appear from the back. I am from the area, but poor service forthe tourists and race track crowd. Store is small, cramped and not especially clean....Also notice like most gas stations inSaratoga, charging a good dime or more a gallon for gas as compared to nearby locations. I guess if people can sit in the heaton Broadway and drop $50plus for sandwiches at lunch and others dropping a wad at the track, an extra dime a gallon for gas isnothing... Compared to other Stewart's in Saratoga and Ballston area, this one stinks....Took pics, but made sure no customersor associates faced the camera or were in view.... Read more
Brittany is absolutely a doll. Her smile is contagious! She is the reason we come back for ice cream! She always is working as... hard as she can, she?s always busy. Yet, she makes time for my kids. This particular Stewart's has long open hours and chock full of goodies...from coffees, to muffins, donuts, snacks, cold... beverages and famous ice cream! How is everything so delicious and available under one roof for excellent prices! Very courteousstaff, and of course, gas station out front and free air for low tires! Read more
