The manager Jerry was the most disrespectful person I?ve ever encountered in the food industry. To explain he ignored me as I... stood there waiting to pay for a pizza I had already paid $40 for. But because it didn?t go through on their end I ended upspending $80. Yes. $80.00 on pizza. After this MANAGER told me there was nothing he could do even though I showed him my bankaccount where the amount due had already came out of my account. When the lady who grabbed Jerry from the back (I?m assuming thekitchen) he came out with gloves on touched the register, money and then still had his gloves on continue to help othercustomers after I left. Which is absolutely disgusting! I don?t suggest using the pay online option for this location as theyseem to have problems with their online order. As for the manager I feel he needs a reevaluation on his manager skills and hissanitation skills. I?d give zero stars but I have to give at least one to post the review. How convenient. Read more
The food was "Pizza hut good" the ordering was so easy. The price was extremely fair. I went to pick it up and the girl was... more worried about "clocking in" And then standing there then she was helping anyone. I walked up and say "Hello, I'm here fora pick up for ......" her exact response was "Yup, gimme a minute" Proceeded to do what ever it was she was doing and thendrink her green smoothie. I sat there and finally went out to my car to shut if off and grab my phone. Came back in. Satthere. I tried to make small talk about the weather and her exact response was "yup" Like, wait, what? It wasn't a question. Either way. I stood there. Stood there. Finally the lovely man who's been there for as long as I lived in the area, or so itseems. 20 years? Came from around the corner to ask me if he could help me (all while there were 3 employees leaning on thecounter ignoring myself and anyone else that walked in). He opened the food warming door and took my order out and gave it tome. I mean, how long did I have to actually sit there like an idiot all while my food was ready? As I was leaving a couple ofladies were commenting on the lack of attention they were getting waiting "to be seated" even though the place was empty. Iknow staffing is difficult these days but we are letting these horrible employees run the show while the hard working consistentfaithful ones take on the weight. We don't have The Hut around us anymore. Tried this one and was clean, great service and the breadsticks with cheese and... personal pan pizzas were hot and delicious. The waitress even staggered them so sticks came out first. So many times they. Comeout at same time. Would definitely return and recommend. Read more
Very unfortunate that they have NO gluten free pizza. Especially in 2022. Corporate needs to step it up before all of them are... forced to close not only for whining that they are short staffed but whine when their dedicated workers and mgmt get in troublefor working overtime (like Stewart's), but need to wake up and realize Domino's is and will keep taking customer's away Read more
The food was good until I found a long strand of hair on the breadstick. I told the waitress(Roxanne) and she just picked up the... plate and walked away. She did not apologize for the hair being there or anything. She just picked up the plate and walked off.She came back minutes later with the rest of the food as if nothing ever happened. I was utterly disgusted to say the least.Would not eat here again. Read more
Pizza is great, always made to order, and Stuffed Crust is the way to go!! Be sure to ask for extra marinara for dipping the... cheesy crust!! Wings are excellent, everytime!! Food took over 10 minutes to finish after app told me it was ready, and felt like a total bother even asking where food was. ... Cold marinara... hot food + cold marinara = cold food. Read more
