I was the only one in the shop and a girl with large fake eye lashes was incredibly rude and impatient. She was short because I... didn't realise how many different lemonades there were and I was given the wrong one anyway. Then I thought she was speaking tome because I had been waiting for my order but she was taking to an employee that I couldn't see. I said, 'I'm sorry did you saysomething, I couldn't hear you,' and said, 'Yes, but not to you!' When I didn't realise that my order was ready but at the otherend of the counter, she continued to be rude. On top of this, all of the tables were filthy. I rarely go to Dunkin Donuts but Iwould give this one a miss! Read more
The girl taking orders was incredibly rude. She cut off people in the middle of their order. She told 2 customers if they want... faster service to go through the drive thru. She charged me twice for one of my items and gave me the wrong donuts. Iunderstand customer service is difficult, but out right rude and inept is just wrong. Read more
Went for breakfast at 11am(well past their breakfast rush). Line is past the front door. Waited 20 mins for a basic order.... Employees have no sense of urgency, one was mopping the floor while there was 5 people in line. I won?t visit this place again. Read more
How is it possible that you guys leave two new people working? They messed up with my order two times. The first one they forgot... my drink, then they gave me the wrong one, an old drink. Probably I'm too nice just to accept it. Read more
Went there in the afternoon. Went to drive thru window to order donuts. Was told they had run out of donuts except for Boston... creme! What do you mean you ran out of donuts? Your dunking donuts!!! Read more
