Lazy staff didn't fully cut the bread and veggies or do a good job if wrapping the wrap.
The lady at the counter needs to learn customer service. Each time I told her something she would roll her eyes.
Excellent sandwiches and friendly staff, but somewhat unkept both inside and out, but overall still good - the outside dining... tables are a nice amenity, even though there are only two or three tables. Read more
If you're looking to go to this Togo's you're out of luck if you try to get here at 3:00 p.m. they're closed on the weekends as... you see here in the pictures guess they're still on covid-19 restrictions . Read more
I have more than 30 years of fond memories of going to Togo's to pick up a sandwich. This was not the experience I had at this... Togo's. It could be bad management or it might have just been because of the pandemic but there was only one employee in thestore, so call in orders were taking a backseat to walk-ins, and there was an extra 20 minute delay in picking up my order. Thesandwiches were fantastic as always, I understand that you cannot rush excellence. But, whoever needed to help pick up the slackbehind the counter was not there. I also understand that at the end of the day we all are in a hurry to get home, so I amemploying the management to make sure that orders are received and processed in a reasonable amount of time. If it were possible to give 6 stars, I would in a heartbeat. The #9 hot pastrami sandwich is the best thing that I've ever eaten... at any sandwich shop. No one has will ever be able to top the excellent composition of this sandwich as well as the employeeswho construct it. Not only was the sandwich of extremely fine quality, the staff were extraordinarily helpful and happy as theywent about their work. Simply amazing. Read more
I don't think I will ever go back to this location. My sandwich was good however the staff is rude and non welcoming. When I... approached the counter to place my order I had a smile on my face and said hello how are you with no reply. So I then went onto place my order with the staff member that never really acknowledged me and when i would ask a question I would get noresponse back. As I was leaving I thought to myself wow if your that miserable with your job you should quit. Worst customerservice ever. Read more
