Phenomenal pasta! Very delicious. Note that gratuity is automatically included on the bill. You order at the counter and... then take a number. There is seating outside on the patio and inside. Food was amazing!! I especially loved the mushroom soup. Removed one star because they take your order and give your tray and... utensils despite there not being enough seating. This was a bit of a hassle since many people were left without seating forawhile. Read more

Great little pasta shop in downtown Saratoga. They are from the owners of Plumed Horse, and even have the same focaccia bread... (which is outstanding). Pasta dishes were also very good, everything was fresh, flavors were balanced, and plating was prettygood too. From what I could tell, they don't really have a FOH, but rather do a mandatory 15% tip and the chefs are the onesbringing out your food/checking if everything is okay - which is super cool. You can tell this is a place that cares about boththe food and the people making it. Read more

One of the best authentic Italian pasta with affordable price in the South Bay. We ordered burrata salad, creamy mushroom soup,... spaghetti with crushed tomato, gnochetti sarti with organic mushroom and truffle oil. The Gnochetti with Truffle was definitelythe highlight dish. It was cooked perfectly, light taste with the truffle oil that feels like the gnochettt had soup inside ofthem. It was amazing! The spaghetti with tomato was very refreshing, I love the noodle tastes so fresh and quitechewy. Burrata salad with the asparagus was excellent. we were glad we have ordered it on top of the other foods we orderedwhich we it might be too much food but the portion were perfect and it?s smaller than the typical Italian restaurants so weactually feel very comfortable but also very filling after the meal. Parking is a bit hard for this place and that?s theproblem.. I would highly recommend to come with one car and find parking around the back of the restaurant. We came at 6:45PMand the parking lot was quite full. There are some tables available even at 6:45PM so that?s good news and the meal came fewmins right after we ordered. There are many things to love about this place: the atmosphere in a nice neighborhood, the flat service fee, and most... importantly, the spirit of the people who make and serve food. That basically trumps everything. I love the passion of one ofthe chefs when I talk to him. He cares about food and people who eat it. That definitely reflects into the quality of food aswell. The pasta is perfectly cooked, not too chewy or lack texture. The foccacia captivated us. The cannoli fills with dessertcheese rather than custard so it is dense. With all good things being said, I would like to highlight two points: (1) be carefulwith the bread. It is tempting. Don't eat too much of it otherwise you will be too full to enjoy the rest of the meal. (2) Thepasta with uni cream is a bit too bitter to my taste. I rather recommend the mushroom one with truffle.
