Phenomenal pasta! Very delicious. Note that gratuity is automatically included on the bill. You order at the counter and... then take a number. There is seating outside on the patio and inside. Service was speedy. Decor of the restaurant was simplebut pleasant. It was a bit pricey for the portion size but if you're willing to splurge, this is a great place to treatyourself! Read more

There are many things to love about this place: the atmosphere in a nice neighborhood, the flat service fee, and most... importantly, the spirit of the people who make and serve food. That basically trumps everything. I love the passion of one ofthe chefs when I talk to him. He cares about food and people who eat it. That definitely reflects into the quality of food aswell. The pasta is perfectly cooked, not too chewy or lack texture. The foccacia captivated us. The cannoli fills with dessertcheese rather than custard so it is dense. With all good things being said, I would like to highlight two points: (1) be carefulwith the bread. It is tempting. Don't eat too much of it otherwise you will be too full to enjoy the rest of the meal. (2) Thepasta with uni cream is a bit too bitter to my taste. I rather recommend the mushroom one with truffle.
