I ordered online, after nearly an hour it was canceled. They sent me an email to call the location for details. This location... can't even handle answering phones. It looks like I'll probably have to do a chargeback because I don't think they're refundingme and they're incapable of answering a phone. I'd consider this place basically a scam and you should definitely never orderonline from this location. I'd avoid it in general, but maybe if you order in person they won't just take your money and try toscam you. Read more
Ive ordered, for the first and last time, a 6 piece boneless wing combo with the loaded fries. The ?wings? were the size of... popcorn chicken, greasy and the fries were also greasy and loaded with some weird queso and a salty chilly powder. Loaded? Notso much? The food was absolutely terrible. The fries are over cooked and cold. The wings were mediocre at best. I returned the food for a... refund. They were accommodating in my request for a refund and I appreciated the customer service regarding my refund. *It alsoappears that the management uses friends/family to write fake reviews giving 5 stars. My negative experience was 4 days ago.Suddenly there are multiple new 5 star reviews in the past day. My first experience there was terrible because when I got my food the fries came out burn and the Service was terrible too but I... decided to give them a second chance because I saw that they got new manager and when they took my Oder the food was great butthe fries came out a little bit burn and I told the manager Carlos he said he will fix them and when I got the fries back theycame out great and the manager Carlos he was really nice and is the best manager there if I was you guys I would gave him araise!!!!! Worst day ever my food was wrong bad customer service this lady manager was the rudest manager... ever about a week later I went back to Wing Stop to give it a second chance I seen there was a new manager asked for his namehis name was Carlos he was the great good customer Service great personality and he made my food the way I want fresh freshfries fresh wings he was professional with everything even how the way he talk to his cooks he was professional I give him afive star and if there?s any way I would give him a raise because he is the best. First time order was lost, took over an hour to get wings, which were "ok". Give them a second chance. Ms Kim (who seems to... get a lot of personal high reviews- gotta question those reviews. Friends, relatives??) screwed up my order royally. Took itback for a refund. Was told manager had to do it that evening. Still waiting for the refund. CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The food was terrific. I don't understand all these negative reviews. The woman who attended me was polite to me and to every... other customer. She worked fast with a sense of urgency. My order was exactly as ordered. The garlic boneless wings are to diefor. All food is fresh. The Cajun corn is the best corn I've ever eaten. Will definitely come back again. This is my 2nd visitone in Florida and one in Pennsylvania neither disappointed. P.S if you're in a rush might as well ordered ahead because youwill wait 15-20 minutes but only because the food is cooked to order. Read more
