The best sushi place in Sarasota. After returning from Ukraine I had big problems finding a good sushi place. This is really the... only one comparable. Sushi was good. The lobster roll was a little pricey but flavorful. Took off a star for the price of the roll and the fact the... spicy mayo was lacking sesame oil. I find a lot of places are doing this now to cheap out. Read more

The sushi was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful. This is some of... the best sushi I have had. The flavors were unique. We were visiting family but will be back next time we are in town! I?m soglad to have this option on this side of town. Very good sushi and incredible service. Eating a delicious Sushi dinner at Sushi Bay. The waiter had the sushi tray turned the... other way. The sushi chef spotted from this 75 feet away and came all the way over to turn it this way. He had so carefullycreated this food landscape to be seen from this direction and he did not want me to miss the proper point of view of hismasterpiece.
