Good subway location. The staff are always friendly and very attentive to the customers. Even when the Chipotle had a "staff... shortage" and only took online orders, THIS MAN, THIS LONESOME MAN from Subway took all the orders quick and efficient. Showed up at 11 am. Waited 10 min while three young ladies were served. "Sorry you had to wait so long". Gave my order while... he pulled out the first tray of bread, out cheese on it , and put it in the oven. On Tuesday 12/22/20 I asked if it was possible to have a breakfast BMT on Flatbread and the response from the wonderful... gentleman working was that although it no longer was on their breakfast menu, he could make it for me since all the ingredientsnecessary were available. Kudos to him and his professionalism on making a guest happy and satisfied. Today, 12/27/20 when Iwalked in and ordered the same breakfast sandwich, the unfriendly employee, (different guy), on duty said that it wasn't on themenu. I mentioned that I had ordered it recently and his response was that he couldn't do it. I asked why not since he has allthe ingredients to make a BMT sandwich? He seemed very gruff, confused and annoyed and said no he couldn't accommodate myrequest. Has all the ingredients necessary but couldn't make the breakfast sandwich I wanted. I could not give less than 1 star or I would have. The absolute worst sandwiches I have ever had from Subway ever. This is the... 1st time I ordered from this store. I ordered 2 footlongs, one hot & one cold. They were put in the same bag, so the hot onewent cold & the cold one was warm ---GROSS. Sandwiches looked like they were wrapped by a 3 year old. When I went in the dirtyfilthy store, the man behind the counter was beyond rude. They should be investigated by the health department. Shame on thisplace. Read more
This used to be the best Subway in town. It changed management in January 2020 and they've got a lot to learn. It's noon and... they have one employee on. This is the third time I've seen this.
