Seriously disappointed in staff, quality, and how things were handled! Tuna, on all websites states 4 scoops, she put 3 scoops,... spread it so thin you could see the bread! Asked 2 times she finally acknowledged me and told me no not 4. 7.59 for a foot longthat literally was bread. Read more
Rude condescending employees that when asked about a situation, instead of offering a remedy or district phone number laughed at... us. When asked about management they claimed there was no management at present again laughing and mocking both myself and mywife. We were not rude and acted in an extremely professional manner. These two, one male with a pony tail, and another younggirthy female both need to be reprimanded and retrained in customer service immediately. The food has always been fine howeverthe same gentleman has been rude to other customers on numerous occasions as observed while waiting in line. Read more
Ordered on line 2nd time at this location and the sandwich was not good again! Skimpy veggies, rotten spinich, so rotten the... leaves were dark green, gummy and had deteriorated in certain areas...took a picture but not able to post here. You must seethis to believe this???? Read more
Have to say me and my wife had a pleasant experience at this Subway location! Store was clean and all the sandwich supplies... looked fresh. The new employee was fast and friendly and provided great service to me and my wife! Love this Subway! Read more
Got a $25 gift certificate and got a free 6-inch sub. Service was quick and friendly. Put a lot of toppings on your sandwich and... it makes a great meal at $3.50 for the sub of the day. They no longer have the sub of the day. I don't go there quite as oftenanymore. $4.99 is a good deal but my favorite choices are not on that list. The rewards program has been changed and I preferthe old style Rewards program more than the new. Read more
Employees at this location need to be replaced Absolutely rude and so nasty to guest closing lobby before there posted closing... times . Instead of focusing on the appearance of this location you need to work on hiring individuals who actually want to bethere and value there job ! Read more
