The worst Starbucks on the history, the girl with red hair awful service. Do not go there if you like the store
My husband waited in line patiently ordered the Venti strawberry refresher no ice! These baristas didn?t even fill the cup half... way! According to Tonya whom was very rude and not polite at all said, ?that?s how we are suppose to make it according to Andrewwho is our manager.? The shift supervisor also said the same thing! I explained to both of them this is poor customer serviceand all Starbucks are ran and operated under Starbucks! I have never had any issues ordering my drink and they have poormanners, impolite, rude and very obnoxious team working here! The shift supervisor mentioned they are under new management whichexplains a lot, because I had no issues in the past. UTC mall is a high end mall and a customer should not have issues with a $5drink period! This is absolutely not ok and they need to be FIRED! I even told them I would have no issues bringing my businessacross the street to Super Target Starbucks, Tonyas reply, that?s Target. I said you have a lot to learn as it?s Starbucks andthe expectation is no matter where a customer buys their beverage at a Starbucks it?s operated under the Starbucks name and notyour so called managers way! Pretty bad Starbucks. Took 20 minutes to make two Americanos. I mean, you could GROW the beans faster. Tables, chairs and floor... dirty. Barista with the red hair has a pretty awful attitude.
