I understand we had a hurricane just pass and there's a limited amount but if I order a venti drink, that's what I should get.... If not, don't allow people to purchase venti. I ordered a venti brown sugar shaken espresso and I got the venti cup but it was2/3 full. This sure as heck look like a grande to me. DO BETTER!!! Read more

Starbucks has the most awesome baristas and employees. Doesn?t matter which one you go to. The place is immaculate and employee... are always ready and happy to help and make suggestions. We all realize that many are not as fortunate and many are homeless. Life is not fair. Walk in this particular store and... practically the same displaced people are their each morning at opening time...no SB's drink or food...consequently no chairs ortables for paying customers to sit. We have heard people talking while in line...saying..no place to sit again. It's not goingto change and the displaced know exactly what they are doing. Then when you are in line ordering, you're getting...theselooks...buy me something please. This location is in the high rent district. Multi millions of dollars real estate. SB's is outof place.
