Unfortunately my experience was very bad here The women taking orders was rude and had a very sour face on I ordered a... Strawberry Acai Refresher with no berries and it clearly stated on the ticket it was no berries. The first drink I got was withberries and I asked her to remake it. The next drink I got was almost clear and not filled up to the top. I asked her again toadd more strawberry açaí and the girl fought me. This place was just okay. I mean I understand due to trying to rush so customers not having to wait forever but it?s a little... annoying when I tell the cashier two little details of my drink and they don?t listen twice. Starbucks is always great, but when it's the only breakfast choice in the airport after security, the lines are just... ridiculous!!! It's a small airport, and yes, I waited almost 30 minutes in that line for my spinach, feta, and egg whitewrap...lol. And I'll do it again! ???????????? This place was slammed during the Art Festival. Knowing that the event was happening, you plan on having your A-Team... available. The person at the register messed up so many people's orders, they kept coming back complaining of the wrong drink. The crew was backed up tremendously and on top of the 15+ people waiting, they had to remake all these drinks and took evenlonger. When I'm spending a nice weekend with my family, it wasn't part of the plan to wait 30 minutes for 2 coffee beverages,and then wait again because one of them was completely wrong. Having 6 or 7 employees working behind and counter and they stillcan't figure it out is pretty terrible. Read more

My experience at this particular store was pretty awful, first they opened their doors late and the first words out of the young... ladies mouth was, ?the line starts on this side?, no apology for opening 8 minutes late nothing. Then you get to the counter andthe lady behind the register is clearly having a rough morning, she?s short with us. Once I get my coffee and my wife?s GreenTea we go sit down and wait for our flight. Once we get to the gate my wife takes a drink of her tea and it has absolutely nosugar. It was awful experience needless to say. Read more
