You'd expect them to get my drinks right since I go there almost on a daily. I spend wayyyy too much money on this overpriced... company, to not get what I ask for. I've complained in the past and all they do is give you attitude. I give it a two starbecause there are very few employees who are quite nice. The rest are rude, rushing, and never get anything right. I've also hadissues with being charged twice! It has happened a minimum of 4 times where my total was $13.70 (example), and my card wascharged $13.70 twice. Only reason I go here is because it's the closest one with a drive-thru. Read more

I just want to personally thank whomever it was who made my Quad Iced Caramel Macchiato Upside down with EXTRA EXTRA CARAMEL... drizzle this morning for Christine. This is my goto spot lately, but I don?t know the barista?s name! I?d like to thankthey/them for making my day so much better with all that caramel (no one ever makes it this good!)!
