Honestly the food was decent but the pricing WOW. 50 dollars for my girlfriend and I. We had fried pickles, she had a HOTDOG,... and I had a chicken chessesteak. Her sprite was 4 dollars and I had a water. Plus it wasnt boujie at all it was a shack. Go down the road to Mikes. This place wanted $25 for one average sized sandwich and coke with pre frozen fries. A real steak... does not cost this much. Very disappointed. Wont return. Read more
Terrible. Beef itself was good. Roll was terrible. Cheese wiz very salty. Need to get them rolls from Philly, if your going... to do a proper cheesesteak. White cheese wiz is also better than the orange. Will not be back. Not worth trying to find aplace to park downtown for this. Read more
They don't rate even 1 star. Ordered a steak n cheese with mushrooms only n tater tots. 1st sandwich came out with fries,... peppers and onions, no mushrooms. I took it up to the counter, reiterated cheese n mushrooms only, came out with onions and thewaitress told me I asked for everything but green peppers. Told her I didn't want another sandwich, do not charge me foranything and sat there as my lunch mates ate their correctly prepared order. The South Philly on Bradenton on 34th is awesome. Went to the one on Main in Sarasota and the steak wasn't as chopped up or as... much. The bread over powered the meat. It was a big let down. For almost $60 it definitely was not worth it. Read more
I've eaten here twice now the first time it was one of the best Philly cheese sticks I've ever had. That was about 2 weeks ago... just after they opened. I went there recently and had a completely different experience. The sub tasted completely differentlylike it was a whole different business. I'll be back maybe it was just a fluke because of the hurricane. Read more
Ordered a Cheesesteak and the meat was chipped, tender and juicy! Excellent blend with the cheese and onion mixed in. I'm from... Philly originally and though it's not a Tony Lukes, Jim's or Delsandros it is very good. Highly recommend! Read more
