What an amazing restaurant. My wife?s schnitzel was so crunchy outside and moist inside and was done to perfection. The gravy is... a must imo. The Leberkäse was quite decent. Everything about Siegfried?s was just amazing. The food, the service, the music and the vibe. My husband and I are both Germans... living in the US. Siegfried?s Schnitzel was the most delicious I?ve ever had - so thin and crispy. My husband loved theLeberkäs and Apfelstrudel. We came back the next day for a Bratwurst and a very authentic Brotzeit platter (best German breadyou can find in the US!). We cannot recommend this restaurant enough - you really can see that the owners had put their heartand soul into everything. Excellent Wiener Schnitzel with warm German potato salad, that followed a giant pretzel. Washed down with German beer of course.... It turns out that most people make a reservation since it's in what was once a small house. We got there just after they openedat 4:00 and despite not having a reservation were seated at a table with a later reservation time. I'm glad we were able toenjoy this fine meal and hope to go back next time we're in town. Read more

Delicious food and great service. Difficult to eat outside because of the flies, but we were offered an indoor seat. A nice... fan might alleviate fly that problem. The pork schnitzel as delicious, better than the veal, but if you like extra thin, he vealis for you. The pork knuckle was cooked to perfection with tender fall apart delicious meat. The skin was crispy thin andshatteringly good pork skin. The goat cheese salad was also very nice and quite large. Definitely returning. Read more
