This cafe/bookstore is definitely a Hidden Gem of Sarasota. The environment is casual and welcoming (to people and also their... pups), there?s a wide selection of books at reasonable prices, and the food and drinks were delicious! This cafe is my absolute favorite comfy guilty pleasure! I don't typically have time to stop in, so I order delivery from them... alot! But when I do visit, it's a wonderful and welcoming team and environment! I always order the honey bee coffee. I've eventried replicating it on my own to no avail. This place is a must and their lemonade is amazing! I found some awesome books for great prices. They also have a bunch of... different kinds of items ranging from handmade items, candles, bookmarks, plant signs etc. I found this cute sign for mybookshelf as well as this book. Lovely little coffee shop /bookstore. Pleasant ambience, friendly staff and very yummy breakfast options, healthy and... delicious. Portions are great. We had two diferente wraps, fulfilling! By far the best coffee in Sarasota County! I would almost be willing to say best coffee experience in Florida! The sheer... magnitude behind what is available behind the intelligence of the staff, the wonderful selection of amazing books. To thedelicately maze food and beverages. SO COZY. The Edgar Allen Poe life size cardboard cutout was very interesting, we looked at eachother as I drank my coffee. The... sandwiches were SO good mine had avocado and usually sandwiches are so dry but these were good. The coffee was eh because it wasvery strong and jt made my head hurt, but that?s because I don?t have a coffee addiction and the only coffee I usually get isthe Java chip Frappuccino from Starbucks. I wish they had cats, that?s the only thing that could be better. I didn?t actuallylook at any of the books on the shelves but I saw Warrior cats and knew my 4th grade self would have loved this place too,especially because it was so small and cozy and I used to hate being out in the open/ not having my back to things. Theenvironment was so nice the college students would come and talk with their friends. I stayed for a whole afternoon untilclosing time and it felt like I was in Gilmore Girls. I barely finished one episode because I hated the character relationshipsand it felt so American but in a bad way. This coffee shop felt like I was living in the show though.
