Food is okay. Sometimes under cooked sometimes too dry other times just right. Really depends if you're lucky. However doesn't... matter when you come the staff is rude and lazy. I've been told one time when asking for an extra utensil that "I cant help youI'm too busy". Other time when picking up my order I asked about my drink and the waitress told me she can't do it that thedrinks are picked up at the cashier, which happens to be 3 feet to her left. Instead I had to go around past people waiting inline to the cashier and ask again for the drink while everyone looked at me like I am cutting in line. I have been here a fewtimes because the other locations are too far but honestly if you want the typical great experience you will get at other PolloTropical locations then don't come here. Seems like the manager is trying. He is always nice but the employees are horrible. Read more

i have been eaten from Pollo Tropical. This meal not cheap at all $19.12 and it?s not about the price. its about the quality... healthy. I was disappointed fried plantains looking so dark. I have asked the cashier if it?s burn? he couldn?t even explain tome and one of the customer said its caramel looks not burning ????! I sat down and used napkins to absorb out the plantains. You see how darkness the napkins looks? Tells me are they using old oils to frying? Read more

I got the avocado tropichop bowl. Around $8. And when I opened my food when I got home the first thing I noticed was the rotten... avocado. I understand that the business was busy, but this is unacceptable. Especially since the lid was clear and the employeescould clearly see that they were giving me spoiled food. Read more

This was my first time earing at this chain. I went in hopeful, but was disappointed. The chicken tasted fine, but wasn't very... hot. The yellow rice seemed to have been sitting for a long time, i.e. not fresh, though it was warm. The beans were hot andtasted fine. I tried 2 sauces on the chicken and they both had a weird flavor - not sure if it's because they had too much limeor if there was a spice I wasn't used to, but they were not good. Overall, the quality and flavors of the food waspoor. Additionally, the restaurant felt dirty. I had to search to find a table that was clean. The counter where I got my trayof food was wet and felt dirty when I picked up my tray. It needed to be wiped down. And when I was done, the trash was so fullI couldn't get my trash into the can. I don't each much fast food these days anyway, but since I had never tried this one inthe 2.5 years I have lived here, I decided to give it a chance. I won't be back. Read more

I thought I would try this place for the first time today on our travels from church up 75i am very disappointed my wife and I... both were wondering why they had a smell that weren't appetizing, I said well that must be how naked wings smell, then we gothome and opened both 5 pieces and figured out the real reason. It's a shame to charge so much for wings period but for theseours actually robbing customers to give them these for any price!I will try another location before I make a final decision butdefinitely will not be back to this location. We both commented that they seemed rude at the drive thru and window but chose toover look that at the moment but now I think it's all intentional. Read more
