Pretty good. I didn't care too much for what I had ordered but I was trying something new. I had great service while ordering at... the register, but it did take a while for the food to come out and I wasn't the only one waiting for quite some time. Our first time ordering. We just set up an office across the street, how convenient? We ordered lunch. I ordered the Fresh... Mushroom Panini. It came without mushrooms! $9 Why wouldn't someone just say they were out of mushrooms and choose somethingdifferent? I couldn't tell you. Never Again. Read more
This is a hidden gem in the building. It is really a hidden gem (can't see the store from outside). Their sandwiches are fresh... and delicious. They also make cookies by themselves (not the cupcakes). Owners are friendly and personable. It's so good when they do it right, but they almost always get something wrong. I can't seem to get the pickle with my sandwich... despite asking for it on the last three orders and it being listed on the receipt. Okay, I can understand missing the pickle.Maybe they were out, but they should have mentioned it if that were the case. Unfortunately, my most recent order not onlymissed the pickle, but the sandwich I ordered was missing all the condiments and most of the meat as it was supposed to havemultiple kinds, but no bacon and no roast beef, just had ham and not much of it. Way over priced for that. It wasn't good likethat at all. Again, if they were missing something because of shortage they should have mentioned it, but maybe they just messedup. If they were busy I would understand but they weren't. They are friendly and I wish them well, but my orders were reallysimple and no special requests, so I don't understand why they're so messed up. I hate to say it, but I'm done with them. Toomuch competition downtown with great food. They mentioned losing business and I can see why.
