Went through the drive thru, ordered 2 burrito meal. Got handed someone else?s order, had to go park and get my correct order,... handed the cashier my receipt. Then leave, and have to go back in a second because they forgot the sauce. I finally leave and goto eat my food, the first one clearly was sitting out for a while. Pretty low standards for McDonald?s so I don?t think much ofit. The second, half was cold and half was burning hot. Wasn?t even worth going in a 3rd time. So prices have nearly doubled inthe past several years, and the quality and consistency of the food has plummeted. Value? There is no value associated with thismuch frustration over food, of all things, this early in the morning. Read more
Enjoying a fresh, hot McMuffin meal here at university and Lockwood. Finally open after Hurricane Ian and they are getting hit... harder from customers then the "cane." Nailing the daunting task of keeping coffee going out for drive-thre and the dining room,"coffee girl" saw a customer who preferred to order at the counter and asked to help and started taking the order, evenconfirmed, "no cheese" providing excellent service despite not even being an order taker/cashier. Was ok but ordered a strawberry ???? shake and it was the weakest one ive ever had. It was actually a vanilla 99% with a few... swirls. For real. Just aggravated.. besides this nice store, fast and food is ???? looks more pink in the pics than it is. Read more
I?m not the type of person to leave a review but this is just common sense, the person they have as the drive threw cashier... needs to be moved to a different position. Twice now I?ve been here with him and he barely understands us, I have to repeateverything, sometimes 3 times and then he will still get it wrong he doesnt understand what I?m saying and I barely understandwhat he?s saying. They always have dirty table and they have dirty floor and the drink station is always mass they don?t do the job right they had... me wait almost 2 hour to get my food.
