Stopped by twice at the UTC Mall location today. The first time there was nobody there and there was a sign by the register that... said be back at 1:30, it was about 1:15. So I went back at 1:50 there was still nobody there and the sign said be back at 2:15.So I went back at 2:30, and there is still nobody there. I think the franchisee needs to know whomever is working the shift andthis location is not there and doing their job! Read more
