I ordered my sub 1 hour ahead of time, got the notification that it was ready, drove there and ended up waiting 25 more minutes... for my sandwich! It?s absolutely ridiculous for a company that prides itself on being so fast to have it take this long toreceive a sandwich that was apparently already ready. If I could leave a zero star I would. I tried ordering on the app on my phone and Jimmy Johns declined my card saying my billing... address was incorrect but they still kept my money times two because I tried it twice. Nobody at the store said they could helpme but they don?t mind keeping my money. Terrible service and terrible customer service. Read more
NEARLY 2 HOUR DELIVERY. Worst customer experience I?ve ever received. The manager, Shane Mathis, has zero problem solving... skills. Placed an order for delivery, after an hour and a half I went in, asked that they make me a replacement sandwich there.He stated I still had to pay for the sandwich since it was finally delivered (1 hour and 43 minutes later) Told me ?It?sactually only been an hour and 20 minutes?. Asked to talk to the director and was told the director doesn?t give out theirnumber so to call corporate . 100% could?ve been avoidable had they just remade the sandwich and he been professional. Well this is a tough one because the food was ok I feel like I should give 3 stars . The service wasn't up to the freaky fast... claim. It's a little chaotic and the leader of the team doesn't have a clear grasp on the crew ....or doesn't train them.Eventually the people are gonna get tired of mediocre service and the same thing that happened at UTC will happen here (close).Best of luck because this place needs it. Ordered seven sandwiches two hours before the store (JJ0856 at 1626 Ringling BlvdSarasota , 34236) was to close. Used the... online ordering, which was easy enough, and the order went through. On my way to pick up the order, the store manager called mycell phone to tell me he was cancelling my order due to insufficient staff, that he already cleaned up and was closing. So JimmyJohn's was NOT freaky fast but a disappointment. If you are going to stop taking orders you should shut down online ordering! Read more
Delicious! Very friendly service. Immaculate store and dining room. This was my second visit to a Jimmy John's (first to... this location) and I was impressed with my takeout lunch! I ordered the "Billy Club", chips, soft drink and purchased achocolate chip cookie to take back to my hotel. My sandwich was huge and very tasty. It was large enough to make two mealsfor me. Naturally, the chocolate chip cookie was scrumptious!! My total order was $13.00, very reasonable for the foodportions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially during my ordering, as I'm not familiar with themenu. The dining room and ordering counter spotless!!
