Can’t seem to get the orders correct lately. This was a decent pizza option for a long time but something changed in the... sauce….The sauce tastes like it comes right out of a can, not the right sauce. Read more
Sarasota location. Sent order through on-line 4 times. Credit card charge notification. No order confirm by email. Called local... store. Rude, dismissive, zero customer concern experience with gal who answered phone. Essentially - “I don’t know what totell you. Contact your bank. We didn’t get your order.” Extremely disappointed. I have friends who own 2 Jets Pizzalocations in Michigan. They would NEVER tolerate this horrible customer service. All bad Sarasota location. Read more
I would normally give this establishment 5 stars because my husband and I love their food. But tonight, they really upset us. ... We have been ordering and having our food delivered to our house for over a year. Tonight, I called to place an order fordelivery and the guy on the phone said we were out of their delivery area... I politely told the guy that we have been gettingour food delivered by them for over a year now. His response was, " not problem and don't know what to tell you." Then hung up. Read more
