There are so many bad reviews on this location, one more isn?t going to make much of a difference. Let?s just say, they drove... to the wrong address after I specifically reviewed addresses during the order, and when I called them back 8 minutes after theycalled me; the first response instead of ?our fault, let me correct it?, it was ?well, if you would have answered our call whenwe were there.? This was from the manager at the site. I was flabbergasted. Needless to say, after my response to thatcomment; they cancelled my order on me, told me never to order again, and wouldn?t give me the phone number to call corporate. Read more
I went on the website at 9:03pm to place a delivery order. I finish my order, I get to the payment just fine, and all of a... sudden the store is closed. Google says they're open until 10pm. My drive home from work is already about 45 minutes so I'magitated and do not want to drive anymore. I call the location and ask if they are closed because I'd like a delivery, and theman says they're open but don't take deliveries after 9pm. I ask how long that rule has been in place and he says "We only have1 driver tonight and he's already about to take some." As a person who's worked in food service, who's managed a few deliverychain restaurants, this is just bad news. Take my order, make it, have the driver take them and call it at close. That's whatthe driver is there for. There's an entire hour before closing. How are you a pizza delivery place if you can pick and choosewho you deliver to and when? 2 stars but only because they're short staffed which I sympathize with. Really hangry. Read more
I order a pizza online and had a mix up so I called to change the order to delivery. After speaking with a young girl there she... said that?s fine and I verified which address to use because I knew I had to addresses on file, after her confirming with me onwhich address to use she told me 25 mins for delivery. I gave it 45 minutes and I called the store and she proceeded to tell meit?s on route and should be there soon. I call again and speak to the manager this time and he literally laughs at thesituation, says that ?he did his part on delivering the pizza? after me asking for a refund on a pizza I NEVER RECEIVED. He toldme if I had an issue I could come up on Monday and speak to someone else. Also this establishment claims that they ?check ID?for credit card slips which is on the app and the manager said they discontinued that policy (which isn?t true) and theyallowed for someone to randomly sign my credit card slip for charges. Worst experience ever, store manager said he didn't have a boss ! We got an order that was picked up by Uber two pizzas an 2... subs. The subs were still very doughy explain this to the store manager and told him I am disabled and do not drive that's whywe order through Uber Eats he then told me that he needed the subs back to you make two new ones and I said that was finebecause they had not been ate. But he would not send his driver back out. And he was not making any free food. I then told him Iwould like his district managers number he said that he didn't have a boss and that I get over it. I will send emails to everyHungry Howie's that's ever been built until something is done about this extremely unprofessional rude manager that has nobusiness having Authority of any restaurant.
