Stopped here for the first time while on vaca, def worth a stop! First hard part is finding a spot to sit, either you wait... around for someone to leave or you sit in the hot sun. One of my favorite things I got was the Kick Shot! Wow did that wake meup. Even inspired me to get into juicing. Looking for a real jolt of pure natural energy? The Green Zebra Cafe was just the cutest little place to go for brunch! If you like unique drink options they have tea, coffee,... smoothie, juices, shots, and more! I would say the service was the best part of my experience here. Our waiter was attentive,helpful, and quick which I very much appreciate and why I feel they deserve 5 stars! The TexMex Scramble was a perfect portionand had great flavors all around. However, my one critique is that the eggs were over scrambled with no fluff in them (whichI’m not a fan of.) I also ordered the golden latte which was made so well (order it iced for sure!) Overall, they use cleaningredients and it is an inviting atmosphere! Read more
Our morning flight was delayed leaving the Dolphin airport on Thursday May 26, 2022 so I Googled breakfast spots nearby. We... lucked up on the Green Zebra Cafe! The menu is so creative (not to mention huge!) and includes being very health conscious. Weopted to sit outside. It was so delightful. Every staff member was incredibly nice and happy! That means a lot!!! The avocadotoast I ordered was divine so were the side order of scrambled farm fresh eggs. Loved the orange blossom honey drizzled over thered pepper flakes on the avocado toast. The beet juice was the perfect compliment. My friend had a coconut pancake with appletopping, scrambled eggs and bacon. I had a bite of the pancake and it was delish! This little joint is a MUST GO TO when in Sarasota for breakfast and lunch. Great service, friendly atmosphere. My most recent... server was Brian and he was great. The food choices are great and they have so many non-dairy, gluten-free options for peoplelike me. Yummy! Our group had the lavender pancakes, strawberry waffles and an eggs and bacon dish and they were all so very good. They... also have tons of gluten free options. My two eggs and bacon dish came with a pancake and it was substituted for GF for $1. Theplace is super cute inside. They have seating outside and a downstairs and upstairs option. Great location and atmosphere inside. Busy, but not too crowded or loud. Food was fantastic, tried the Pick 3 flavors pancakes-... strawberry shortcake, tiramisu, and toasted coconut pineapple. Really yummy, smaller portion sizes. Read more
