Lady?s were super attentive, coffee was super delicious and mini ???? my daughter love them.
I love Dunkin Donuts, but at this particular store, the donuts are hit & miss. ( not always fresh) My orders are messed up more... often than not, and the drive up window , personnel are not always friendly or helpful. Sad to say, another hit & miss. I willgo out of my way to patronize another Dunkin instead. I keep trying because it's close to my home. Poor management. Read more
Horrible customer service. When placing order in drive thru I?m ordering and then two people speak on the speaker over talking... me and making confusions. They messed up my order because of that. The gentlemen working there was really rude and I just wantedto leave and not place the order but my kids would have been upset. I have always had great service from this location and Idon?t know what happened this time. They blamed it on short staff but there was 5 people I saw working. Stop blaming it on shortstaff, great customer service can happen still even when your short staff. Read more
The Pumpkin Spice Latte was good, but the blood orange refresher, not so much. The refresher was very sour. Donuts are good as... always! Read more
This is my spot. I love getting my frozen mocha coffee. They do get busy and yhe line takes a bit to get through but I'll wait... for my coffee lol staff is nice. They already know who I am haha. I'm definitely gonna get some tomorrow and I'll update thispost with a picture ???? Read more
I've been to this location a few times and I have always had great service. From early in the morning to late afternoon/evening.... The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. Most recently the barista was very apologetic about running out ofcoconut milk with my mobile order and offered a shot of coconut to make up for it and it was a hit. Went through the drive through. Ordered coffee and hashbrowns. Given my food as if I was a hassle. Never said thanks or have a... nice day. Hashbrowns were burnt, brought them back which means I had to go inside, defeating the purpose of the drive throughonly to be given the same burnt hashbrowns. McDonald's here I come.
