This place is so great! First all, Romaine is the best waiter! We had a few other ones but nothing compares to his personality,... he is so happy, offers recommendations which were fabulous, and is so sweet! His smile just lit the whole place up! The food,breakfast and dinner, both outstanding. Omelet, waffle, orange French toast, snapper, grouper, steak, pork chop, were allfabulous! The lime and coconut drink was also so refreshing! Great service, food was pretty good for the price. Ended up paying $90 for two, including tip. I got the charcuterie plate as an... entree, and while some of it wasn?t my favorite, for the most part it was great. My wife got the salmon, which she reported asbeing good. We got 1 drink. Anywhere else, a meal of this quality for $90 would be highway robbery, but it?s not bad for ahotel, so three stars. Read more

Great food. Fresh bread, my salmon was cooked perfectly. My husband enjoyed his fettuccine. Our server, Romaine, was the best... ever!! He went way beyond and was delightful to chat with. Wonderful view...wish the fog hadn't covered the sun or the sunsetthere would be spectacular. Read more

Went to Drift for our 36 wedding anniversary because I was looking for something upscale with a view in Lido Key. On the view... they delivered, watching the sunset over the ocean was amazing, romantic and memorable. Food: We had the appetizer meatballswhich were superb and the Burrata salad also amazing. My husband had the shrimp Cioppino (sp?). Also delish. My grouper dinnerwas just okay I?ve had better. Service: for me our waiter was sub par for this classy restaurant. We noted in our reservationand mentioned that we were there on our anniversary and he did not make us feel special. I?ve had better service at a chilis. Very unenthusiastic, we had to ask for bread cause we saw other tables had it and overall not first rate. Did not offer anythingspecial to celebrate anniversary. ???? You might get lucky and hit all three great. Food service and views! For me I was alittle letdown. Message to restaurant. Train your servers. Dinner was absolutely amazing! We had the spinach artichoke dip and calamari for appetizers and both were absolutely the best!... Calamari was not chewy and the sauce to dip it in was outstanding. The artichoke dip had huge chucks on artichoke and wasdelicious. For our entrees we had the grouper, snapper, and the shrimp al forno. I don?t know where to even begin! All threeentrees cooked to perfection! Best sea food we have had all trip! They also make a fine margarita! Read more

We had a great experience! Dinner was delicious, we ordered the Snapper and the Salmon and both dishes were very good. Reorder... worthy! Our drinks were also very tasty and ended the evening with a cappuccino. If you're in the area, try it out! Read more
