The best authentic Italian food we have enjoyed outside of Italy… we came with high expectations based on the reviews, and... these hopes were smashed to smithereeens by how PERFECTLY prepared each plate was. I can’t believe how delicious this foodtasted; I don’t think anything else was uttered at our table for 90 minutes other than “oh my god this is so good” overand over, haha! We had 2 kinds of bruschetta, caprese salad, lobster ravioli, lasagne, porcini mushroom ravioli, tiramisu andricotta cheesecake with strawberry reduction. No words. Not one bite was left. Oh and the bread the lovely server brings you tostart comes with this ultra-herbed oil which will blow your socks off. What a treat. 10/5 stars! Read more

Super tiny place that you’d miss if you weren’t looking for it… but WOW!!!! The BEST Italian food in all of Sarasota! ... The gnocchi was the best that both my fiancé and I have ever had!!! (I’m from New Jersey and he has lived in Italy!). Thepasta I was perfectly al dente, the seafood was perfectly cooked, the ambiance was beautiful and the service was both elevatedand outstanding! If I could give this restaurant 6 stars… I would! Definitely try to make a reservation due to its smallsize/ limited tables. (We were walk-in’s and sat immediately but they did say it’s normally a wait without one… butthat’s everywhere now it seems. Read more
Magnifico, you have to try the Bruschetta. The Chicken and Veal Parmigiana are both awesome. You've gotta call ahead and request... the Spinach Three Cheese Gnocchi, it is top notch. They whole team has truely earned the Best Italian Resturant in Sarasota. Youtruely fell like Family. Enzo is very knowledgable with pairing your meal with wines. We had a phenomenal experience here. We came to enjoy an anniversary dinner with my in laws and this did not disappoint. The... atmosphere was intimate and inviting, the service was outstanding and the food was fresh and perfectly cooked. They have awonderful wine and Italian beer selection as well.
