I understand that with covid-19 and the whole wearing masks makes it difficult to hear when people are trying to order but this... was my first time getting terrible customer service from this location. Two young women were working when I tried to order icecream. One of them appeared to be having a rough day as she did not seem happy to have to help me. As I was asking about aflavor that was no longer displayed on the menu she appeared to be agitated. I?m not sure if she didn?t hear what I was sayingor if she just didn?t care because when I got my ice cream it was not what I asked for and it was runny and already melting. Staff was not friendly at all. Just barked orders. We were the only people in line, so no excuse of being busy. My kids had... never been, so I wanted to let them see the whole process of how they made it and crushed all the goodies up. It wasnt a greatexperience, and the ice cream is super soft.
