I don?t think we?ll be seeing this place much longer. Waited in line for 30 mins only to be met by Angelos lack of customer... service and friendliness. Apparently splitting a large size into two smalls is not something he is capable of doing and made thecomment it?s a problem for many customers. And for the manager, when the line is that long get out and help the staff catch up.The lack of care for a job really shows at this place. Read more
We arrived at 10am on Saturday only to be told they open at 11am. The hours online state 10am. You?re losing a lot of business... with incorrect hours posted. Several customers walked up to be told the same thing. Very unfortunate. Read more
Sadly this is not the Cinnabon you remember from years past. The incredibly warm gooey deliciousness is now preheated dry and... disappointing. Out of the 5 or 6 employees only one is on the register so be prepared for a long wait in line. Read more
If you are looking to get anything that isn?t already made you will be sadly disappointed. When we arrived we only saw the large... cinnamon rolls so we asked if they could make a 9 pack of small rolls. The cashier who was very pleasant went back to ask what Iassume was the shift lead or manager who came to the front & rudely told us you can only get what they already have premade onthe stand. So if you want fresh rolls or something specialized, don?t go here just save your trip and money. Read more
Visited on a busy Sunday afternoon. Line was very long with 1 register open. Each customer took a few minutes to help so our... wait time was approx 20 minutes. Not ideal especially with what appeared to be 5 employees working but only 1 helping customersin line. 3 were prepping food, with 1 constantly texting, and 1 was scrambling around. The 1 texting prep employees had gloveson but touched her face, cell phone, hair and shirt with her gloved hands and then prepared the dough. Not good..... Read more
I wanted to buy 6 freshly baked buns and the sales person said that she couldn't to come back in an hour. They had 10 or more... available. She said I could only purchase the prepackaged buns. My daughter wanted the fresh ones as they were a gift for hergrandpa. Very disappointed Read more
As a former worker, I am here to explain things. 1. We (the store) are not allowed to change the website nor the menu. Mon to... Thur is 11-7. Fri and Sat are 11-8. Sun is 11-6. 2. The company has told us to not turn large cups of nuggets into smalls. 3.Company has told us to not give discount price for the Cinnabons on the hotpad. 4. The company was not hiring enough people, somany were working 12 hour shifts for 4 or 5 days a week. 5. Anybody who stays on the register for 4 consecutive hours becomesdepressed. 6. If we stay over time, whether due to cleaning or something of the sort, we get slightly penalized. 7. The reasonCinnabon rewards do not work is because this store is technically Auntie Anne's, not Cinnabon. 8. Pretzels must have a darkbottom or they fall apart when eating. 9. I don't know why we cannot serve small Frozen lemonades, it is not on theregister. 10. Orders tend to take time due to people ordering both pretzels, Cinnabons, and occasionally not knowing what theywant. 11. We HAVE to throw away old food, believe me I want to eat it too.
