This is my local restaurant. Everyone that works at this location is super friendly. Everything is fresh and tastes great. They... are sooooo quick too. Even when the line is crazy in the drive thru the employees get it taken care of quickly. Read more
Management is not trained properly. Rude, unskilled, no customer service skills. Foods never ready in timely manner and usually... cold. No safety measures in place. No one takes care of mobile or to go orders. Easier dealing with a monkey. A computer hasbetter customer service skills then any manager there. I hope the owners change the managers or at least train them to be politeto paying customers. Needs a turn around. The other locations are way better. Read more
