We loved our experience at Salute! I had reached out to a handful of restaurants in downtown Sarasota to help us host a welcome... event for our wedding party before our wedding weekend began. Amber and the rest of the Salute team were very quick toaccommodate us in their beautiful space. They provided us with great options for food (which was all delicious!) and wereextremely flexible in making sure that we got everything we wanted. Great food, good wine selection, our service was attentive but not intrusive. We were allowed to eat at a leisurely pace which... we enjoyed. Sat in the little wine alcove which we always enjoy! The Fichi flatbread was delightful, the Caesar salad wasseasoned well. Entrees were plentiful and we were well prepared . Read more
We hosted a dinner for 60 at Salute and the event was excellent thanks to the great service and food. Amber did a great job of... working with us on the menu and wine. We had many complements from our guests. 60 meals came out hot and delicious and thetiming was perfect. The band that plays on the weekend was great entertainment as well. People were up and dancing which helpedmake a great night even better. Read more

The meal I have ordered: salmon, grilled asparagus and broccoli. Veggie came out in absolutely inedible way, three sticks of... mushy asparagus and “broccoli”, I would not recommend. Read more
Fun outdoor dining. Food was really good. Kitchen and bar were overwhelmed due to crowd. Our drinks didn't arrive until after... appetizers were served and wrong entrees we're delivered initially. We had reservations actually at another restaurant near by and never was waited on after thirty minutes so we walked and found... Bevardis. The outdoor seating was endless..... and was nice with the lights. We ordered a few drinks and calamari appetizer. Itcame out very fast..... it was alright. We also ordered for entrees the mushroom risotto and veal marsella. Both dishes weregood. It was pricey. Our waiter was very professional and attentive...... the two busser girls could be more interactive andfriendly when at the tables. Live music a plus. Read more
This was the first thanksgiving since my grandmother passed and thanksgiving was always one of her favorite holidays. It’s... just my mom and I now and we didn’t feel like cooking. We saw that you were having the prix fixe Thanksgiving menu and wedecided why not. It was probably one of the best choices we could have made. The bisque was delicious and an amazing portion.The spinach salad was so fresh. The turkey was moist, the stuffing / sweet potato / mashed potato / string beans were perfectlydone. The apple pie, chefs kiss. I know from years of working in the service industry how much it stunk working on holidays, butI just want to say thank you. Thank you for working and allowing my much smaller family to have one of the best thanksgivingmeals we could have hoped for. Read more
