Awesome pretzels employees always nice
Tried to order off doordash, suddenly closed after 40 minutes of dasher waiting at restaurant, never got order. Awful!
I went to Ben's Soft Pretzels in Sarasota for the first time last weekend and am SO glad I did. I absolutely loved it! The... gentleman working the counter was friendly and inviting, and offered some helpful information about their products. The pretzelitself was delightfully large and tasted fresh in every possible way. It was perfectly chewy (not dry or rubbery) and tastedlike it was made in-house with all natural ingredients (other pretzel chains have tasted like they use additives or are overlyprocessed, in my opinion). I grew up eating soft Philadelphia and NY pretzels but haven't had a good one of those in years. It'sbeen so long I thought I'd never have a delicious soft pretzel again. Then I found Ben. <3 I acknowledge these pretzels arenothing like Philly or NY pretzels, but I'm fairly certain they're the best soft pretzels I've ever eaten.
