I went on a Saturday. There were 4 employees working. FOUR. One guy making the pretzels. The other 3? Who knows what they were... doing. I was in line for over 25 minutes to get a pretzel and a lemonade. One employee would leave to go on break and whenthey?d come back 20 minutes later; another would leave. There were 3 people in front of me on line and it took standing for justabout half an hour to get a pre-made pretzel and a drink. I?ve never seen anything like it. Read more

A 20-minute wait for your best selling product mini pretzel dogs makes no sense to me. Same experience in Ellenton, FL so I see... a pattern. Read more

Bought some salted pretzels in a cup (great texture, perfect temperature) and Cinnabon Bites (tasty and hot, with the icing... perfectly melted on top). It was around 11am and everything looked freshly baked. Read more

This used to be a good Auntie Ann?s but ever since old manager left it?s gone down hill. Today there was an employee without a... hat and just shoving nuggets into a cup with hands instead of tongs. Read more

Menu was out, so I had no idea any of the prices. Wasn't until four was served and price was visible on the register that I knew... what things cost. I would not have paid $4 for a cinnamon cookie. Also, these are what the "snowball nuggets" look like...note, NOTHING like the picture on the display. Not even close. Read more

I have been a customer of Aubtie Annie?s for over 10 years and love the product. Today I ordered $27 worth of pretzels at the... location at university town center in Lakewood Ranch Florida. The staff especially the manager (older lady in her 50?s wearsglasses) was absolutely rude. She treated all the customers with absolute disrespect A customer I observed ordered cinnamonpretzels she refused to give them cinnamon pretzel saying that it was their fault and not hers. Another customer said he try toorder cinnamon pretzel online and somehow it came through on the app as regular pretzels. The manager said that?s not herproblem am refused you replace the pretzel. Lastly one customer asked for a party bundle and the manager said that was onlyavailable through the app the customer asked if he should step out of line and order it and she said I don?t care how you orderit however you want to do it that?s your issue. This is the worst experience I?ve ever had and we have been using Anthony?s fora long time. Very disappointing Read more
