The owners of this McDonalds are AWFUL and should be ashamed. If they can?t properly staff their establishments, THEY should be... in there picking up the slack. The employees still here are doing their best, please be patient and bare with them becausewithout them the store wouldn?t even be open. There?s no excuse for leaving the few people that come into work out in the cold.5/5 for employees, 1/5 for the pocket heavy owners who don?t understand the mechanics of a business. Read more
Waited like ten minutes for them to respond to the drive through, I was polite being from the industry thanked them when I paid... they said nothing just shut the window and walked away got the same response at the 2nd window and when I got to mydestination(hospital with my wife and new baby) I discovered my food was missing from the bag and all I could eat was a couplehard stale and greasy fries probably hours old I realize Covid messed stuff up but MC dees used to be cheap reliable fast food.It?s no longer cheap nor fast and I?m not sure it qualifies as food Read more

Today I sit patiently as 5 from the other line placed their orders. Was informed I could always come inside. Really, is that... what you want to say to a disgruntled costumer how about "So sorry, ma'am. Please come inside we're more than happy to serveyou, we can even compensate for our mistake. No 2 tables together were clean for my family of 4 to be able to sit together. Never got the mayonnaise I asked for. We ordered... a bunch of nuggets and only got 3 packs of sauce, when I went up to ask for another the guy charged me a quarter. (THATS AFIRST) meanwhile my wife went to the bathroom and couldn't wash her hands because there was no soap. When she finally was ableto eat we didn't have her french fries. There's also no ketchup packets available without asking and I didn't want to be chargedfor anything else so I never even bothered to ask for some.. Today at this McDonald's was a JOKE! Read more
They close at 9 on Sunday, though it's posted as 10:30. Short staffed, so sometimes you gotta park, but don't blame the... employees for this. They have their hands full. One of the few McDonald's that has a working ice cream machine! ???? Read more
