Oh my goodness!!!! This place was great!!!! I've ordered the Desert Flower before, but when I got it today, it didn't look or... taste the way it normally does, but the friendly guy behind the counter with the amazing Hawaiian shirt on, did everything hecould to make sure my drink was perfect. And the next time it was made, it was spot on. You just don't see people going aboveand beyond like that anymore, so thank you kind sir! The server was also super nice and chill. The whole vibe was just chill andcool and it was great! The pot belly tacos and the shrimp tacos were sooooo good and the PS Taco Fries are to die for!!!Anything basically on the menu is going to be good. 10/10 definitely recommend, especially if you're looking for somethingdifferent and a different flavor. I am only giving it a 5 star because I don?t want it to reflect poorly on the younger server Allen W. He was trying and I... remember just starting out. That said I ordered 3 tacos 2 grilled chicken and one pork belly taco. The pork taco was so fatty Icould not finish it. I completely understand that pork is fatty but the meat was mostly fat unfortunately. Read more
Oof... So the staff is amazing, the margaritas are divine but the tacos are a hard pass. I ordered the seasoned beef & grilled... chicken tacos... The meat on both were drier than the Sahara Desert. I also ordered the Desert Flower Margarita and that wasthe best margarita I've ever had. I just really wish that the tacos were better. The waitresses were amazing though, verysweet & very attentive. Fast, fresh and friendly sums up our experience at P.S. Taco! The chips come with freshly made style salsa which is very tasty... and we loved the skinny tacos with grilled Snapper. Service was very fast too! Read more
The only bad thing about this place is how much I go. Their tacos are phenomenal! Belly of the Beast & Black Jack are definitely... my favorites plus you can get any of their tacos as a burrito too. Hands down the best place to eat in Saraland. Read more

Surprising find in a strip mall . The waitress was very friendly and very knowledgeable about both the food and the alcohol... selections. I ordered the 3 taco special. Seasoned beef was my least favorite. Dry and not much going on there. The beastof the belly was good though Read more
I got a burrito and took a couple bites--the flavor was good, but the rice was crunchy and uncooked. I politely asked the server... to bring me another with properly cooked rice. He went to the back and was going to get one without any question, but then foundout that there was no other rice aside from the poorly cooked stuff. He said he could bring me a taco. I asked for two tacos(equal value to my order $15). He said because I took three bites that he could only bring one. I told him I wouldn't pay forthe meal because they weren't giving me an alternative of equal value, and I was hungry and needed more than one taco. He leftme alone and I sat there with the rest of my guests (who also had crunchy rice) hungry and didn't eat. He then told me at theend when he gave me a check that the meal price would be taken out of his paycheck if I didn't pay for it. As he was young anddidn't deserve that, I decided to pay for the meal and get the one taco to be nice, despite being unsatisfied. No manager wasthere to resolve. I applaud his attempt to reason and follow the policies, but if these are truly the policies, this placesucks. A patron should get properly cooked food, and if it isn't right the first time then the restaurant should go above andbeyond to satisfy the customer with something AT LEAST of equal value and superior quality. Poor experience. Sadly, it tastedgreat, but they couldn't deliver the rest of the experience. Read more
