I ordered delivery and it arrived quickly. I ordered three different omelets. Two of the omelets were missing the liquid... toppings. One was missing hollandaise and the other was missing the salsa topping. The omelets had been cooked in too much oiland were kind of greasy. I could not eat the rest of my omelet because the oil upset my stomach. The hash browns and sausagelinks were good though. We went here at about noon and the service was the worst I have EVER had, and I'm almost 70! Took 10 minutes to be seated (only... 2 parties ahead of us), then 5 parties that came in after us were seated, 3 got drinks, and one even got their food BEFORE weeven got water. Waited 45 minutes for food, waitress was amazing! But the food came out and the hash browns were burnt and our double blueberry... pancakes were regular pancakes with a hole cut down the center filled with blueberries, manager refused talk to us, cook wascertain that was how it was meant to be, pancakes were also undercooked. Head chief refused to remake them because they were?too busy?. Manager was no where to be seen and was told he couldn?t come out. The poor waitress was amazing and was extremelyapologetic. People make sure to tip your waitress? even when the food is bad. That?s not their fault. Horrid management and thewaitress seemed scared of the management. Not a good look at all IHOP. Above Average - **** Today I thought to visit iHop and the one near our house was the ideal one so I could visit with my wife.... Buttermilk Pancakes is what I usually order so for a change, I tried the strawberry & banana pancakes. My wife ordered thestrawberry crepe combo that comes with egg, hash-browns and sausage. Ordered unsweetened iced-tea and lemonade as beverages. Thewait time was around 15 minutes. The flavor was good though pancakes could have been little more flaky instead of beingsuper-soft.
